I need a 3 webpages Page 1 This page needs to have a webform First Name Last Name Age Team Member (text input user will type their team "marketing", "sales" etc) Region I (pull down selector populate by a lists of locations within this region, use loc1, loc2, loc3 etc) Region 2 (pull down selector populate by a lists of locations within this region, use loc1, loc2, loc3 etc) Region 3 (pull down selector populate by a lists of locations within this region, use loc1, loc2, loc3 etc) Button that goes to html2 Once the user properly inputs data to the above form, the Button becomes activated. If the user tries to click on the button and the form is NOT complete, a warning Must complete form will appear. Highlighting the unfilled data in the form. The button will do two things: 1) write the (append) the data from the form to a json or xml file on the server 2) move to page 2 Page 2 Page 2 plays a video. And has a button With "Completed" caption underneath the video is text "You have not completed this course."
