We need a very simple Wordpress theme. The theme consists of JUST 1 menu and a footer (screenshots attached). No page templates required. However, the menu must be customizable. The user should be able to create multiple menus based on the same template. Each page should be able to have a unique menu. The user should be able to upload a picture that represents the logo (on the menu). It is important that each page on the website can have it's own menu (with it's own logo). For example, the user should be able to create 5 different menus and then when they create a new page, they should be able to choose a specific menu (out of the 5) that will appear on that page. Requirements: 1. The quality of the code must be very high and the coder should follow accepted conventions and best practices. 2. Documentation is a must 3. Must be responsive 4. Must be mobile friendly 5. Must work on all major browsers (web and mobile) including Chrome, Safari and Firefox
