Wordpress Woocommerce expert needed to develop a bespoke product category page

I can handle a lot of website development activities, although when it comes to ecommerce and the need for further knowledge around customization of themes, my skill sets are limited. This is why I need to enroll the help of a woo commerce expert who will be able to provide the below features. Please see the link for visualization of what is required. Features needed Category drop down from header (category page only). Filtration based on a checkbox method. Clickable link for each category (to be used on ‘get started’ page). Hover effect on each product with a plus icon. Upon clicking plus, a preview of the product page is shown. Toggle available on preview for page amounts (on preview). Already at the draft stage in many places (see here - [login to view URL]). Built by myself, who has wordpress experience but not much CSS or JS.
