I need a low budget computer program that replicates the display of an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) display. It needs to include buttons that signal messages to the computer and then make the computer react to the buttons (these simulate the buttons to call the other ATC in different positions such as ground or tower and make them pickup and respond to your command). It needs to have an area where the user can insert information about each aircraft to keep track of it. Most of this project will be the designing part but I need the full project source folder for this project and it needs to be created in Visual Studio.
