Project 1: Purchase-Sales(Inventory) Application – (C#, SQL Server) Synopsis It is a software developed to handle both purchased and sold items. Role Software Developer Responsibility Interacting and communicating with client for getting the requirements and documenting the same. Designing and developing Windows-Form’s pages in C#. This application is composed of Two main Modules viz. Financial Accounting and Payroll. Ensuring timely delivery of work requests. Tools Used Microsoft Visual studio 2013, SQL Server Management Studio 2012. Project 2: Outbound IVR System – (C#, PHP,SQL Server) Synopsis It is client server based application for broadcasting of messages, calls and the Application can used to generate report for analysis or management purpose. Role Software Developer and Designer Responsibility Requirement Analysis Developed backend application module for voice and message broadcasting Developed panel for front end for using the bradcasting services and uploading the voice files which stores all the details from every call client receive, 24-7, and can be viewed in web based reporting panel or even could be integrated with client’s own CRM. Ensuring timely delivery of work requests. Tools Used Microsoft Visual studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Adobe Dreamweaver.
