Write a webapp for an internal HR Application System

a HRM webapp running of my server([login to view URL]) with 3 administrator & 50 user logins. being HTML5,users should be able to access from their phones as well Administrator must be able to: Enter/Amend user's particulars into MySQL using a CSV Set a leave balance for the year for each user Indicate the year's public holidays Configure and reset User passwords Set up event notifications Publish news, announcements and HR policies Input event attendance by:Course,Date,Time Start,Time End Attach documents(PDF/Doc) to each profile Users must be able to: Login with his own password and ID([login to view URL]) Apply for his/her leave,timeoff,claims which will result in a table update and email being sent to both him and the administrators View his own monthly confidential payslip Integrate calendar holidays for accurate leave calculation Create time off settings based on defined employee criteria All of these should result in a collated PHP/HTML dashboard calendar(monthly view) which reflects the events happening on each day for all staff to access using their respective logins. successful bidder will be given a blank MySQL table to work with and expected flowchart for the system. 2 milestone payments, middle and completion.
