Hello, I have good experience in creating standalone desktop applications and excel VBA and macros i can write this easy task in few hours , will write desktop application using c# or vb.net that loads data from your excel file then save to csv this will be repeated every X seconds i did many similar jobs before i can begin now as i am free waiting your answer on chat Thank you
