Hello, I have recently completed a project on water flow bases in which I have calculated the water flow per minute, pH, TDS and Temperature of water display them on a monitor and also store in SD card. This project is for "Garden Project" with alert send in the form of messages on a Mobile phone if ph, Temperature of water is HIGH or LOW and also when electricity is down and NO water flowing. I have the experience to work Raspberry Pi with Monitor, pH sensor, camera, GPS. I am sure I can do this project. Please confirm me you bought the components for hardware or I will confirm you.
