I have experience in trading apps, trading systems (front and back), and python. To be honest some of the elements I have not tried before (Ex; sending whatsapp messages) Looks interesting. But I am sure it is not a big deal to do as there are APIs for everything. If it is ok for you, I will give it a shot and if it works, then only you do the payment. Looks like interesting piece of work. This can be done quickly in 3 days, but as I would do this as part time, I would need 10 days.
