This is an IT project and should be written in C/C++ & python if needed. It's a networking software that will monitor an internal network. There will also be a traffic generator function. The finished software should be able to test the integrity of a circuit/link between 2 networks with an option to select bandwidth size etc.

Hello , I have bachelor's degree in computer science and i have been programming in C/C++ for both linux and windows for more than 8 years.I have written various network applications some of which are down to the IP packet level. I have written a linux based network packet analyzer without using except the standard C library. and also written simple versions of network diagnostic tools ping and traceroute, and i have developed a CGI webserver in C.
