ODOO ERP development contractor required in Si-Ware Systems (Egypt)

Hello, I'm Reem, Quality Systems Manager at Si-Ware Systems or SWS ([login to view URL]), an Egyptian company working in the semi-conductor design & manufacturing field, based in Cairo. SWS has started building it's own ERP system back in 2015 using in-house efforts based on ODOO 8 community version. Currently, the responsible for the ODOO customization is the quality management software team & the configuration is done by the IT team. Those efforts, although successful, have taken a lot of time and the output is always late due to our learning curve in ODOO development; so far our learning efforts were totally independent self learning. We managed to set up & operate the following modules: purchasing, warehouse, sales, manufacturing & invoicing. We still have a road-map full of other functionalities i.e. Accounting, custom reports, CRM, customer complaints, returns management, HR & project management; added to enhancing & maintaining the current operating modules. To boost those efforts we need an experienced mentor to coach us through this process, mainly help us with the features development challenges & make it more efficient, effective & time managed. The working model we're looking for is a highly experienced freelancer or part-timer, who can provide us with support & coaching hours every week &/or help us in developing certain features independently.
