php conversion to django app plus tensorflow integration

I have a first phase of projects which requires our existing dashboard to upgrade with more features using python and django. I intend to add it to our existing django framework. I have built the company website as a one with blogs and admin panels, which means the basic django setup is already there in the server. The existing dashboard; fed live from sensors using LoRaWAN, the db in our server is processed to display various status on our target structures with visualization of graphs and warning indicators (Plotly/Tableau). This is the simplest description. The link to the dashboard will be shared once some commitments are made among candidates. I might as well sign up for the freelancer's IP protection deal. The upgrade features involve the followings; complete redesign based on the existing features; and add "AIoT features" which would require integrating Jupyter Notebook or R. We will display the outcomes to the dashboard. We will use dummy data from our server db or can utilize kaggle data, which means dashboard that can handle multiple projects.
