I want to be taught the complete pipeline of how to install R, how to use R for pre-processing microarray, RNA sequencing data, analysis and data depiction. The course can be done online via skype and along 15-20 classes. I am willing to pay up to 500 USD for the course.

I have much experience in R and statistics. Recently, I worked in 2 small projects related to RNA sequencing. The jobs were about pre-processing and removing unwanted variations before analysing. I do not have background in biostatistics so I cannot help you in data analysis and depiction. If the analysis is more about generalised linear models, mixed models, or contingency table, I can still help.
