Need simple modifications to older BlueBell Simple Theme (RW3.5.1)

My name is Chris Borland. My company is Borland Education, in Sausalito, CA. Below is a link to my company site: [login to view URL] I created this site 12 years ago using Rapid Weaver 3.5.1. I know. That’s a long time ago. RW 3.5.1 still works just fine for me, though I’m open to upgrading if doing so won’t screw up my site (each time I’ve tried to do so in the past, I ended up going back to 3.5.1 due to problems with the upgrade). There are three problems with the site I’d like you to correct for me: — 1. I don’t like default font used by the BlueBall Simple Theme for the Header and Sidebar Title. I’d like those to be changed (Header and Sidebar fonts should still match), and would like you to create 5-15 different home pages showing your recommendations. My goal: the new font should be a vast improvement over the old font and make the site appear more modern (as “up to date” as possible), while still remaining true to the limits of the old BlueBall Simple Theme. 2. The site actually displays quite nicely on phones in landscape view, with one glaring problem, which I want you to fix: The sidebar text seems to have been correctly (i.e. proportionally) reduced in size. The page content text has not; it appears too large compared to the sidebar text and other page elements. 3. Page text should be displayed in Lucida Grande font, not in Verdana, which is how page text is now displayed). Lucida Grande is selected for page content text, and shows up normally on laptops and desktops; but on phones or pads, suddenly the page text is (oversized) Verdana. — I imagine problems 2 and 3 can perhaps be correctly by inserting a bit of code that will make double sure that phone and pad devices display page text correctly. I have no idea how to do that, which is where you come in. Please let me know your thoughts. Are you interested in the job? How much will it cost? How long will it take to complete?
