I need at least 4 different house plans drawn up for a unique block of land. (rough plans to start with with dimensions) The block of land is sloping - attached survey report Sloping from street level upwards. The land has 180 degree waterviews house must be designed to maximise the views and sun. - attached site analysis (shows sun direction) Must be done in AUTOCAD. House must have the following: 4 x bedrooms 1 x study 1 x movie room 2 x bathrooms 1 x Ensuite 1 x dressing room (off main bed) 3 x car garage extra large (ground level) 1 x swimming pool (built into decking) open plan kitchen Large undercover decking Limits: Build height maximum 8.5 meters above sloping land level Maximum GFA = 330 m2 Maximum of 4 levels flowing up with the land.
