We need 4 renderings created for a conceptual proposal for an investors deck. In a nutshell, the venue is a floating barge (similar to The Island but 2,500 capacity!) which has 2 levels; the top level being a lounge/restaurant and the lower level being a nightclub and concert hall. We have a deadline to finish the final renders on/by Jan 13th so would need to make quick work of it! We would just need someone who has experience modelling for the hospitality industry, and can work from a minimal brief as it is early stages (no CAD or drawings of any kind exist at this stage).
