Former Ace Professional now Elderly Housebound Patient has composed air tight case including 90% research which proves rookie university Primary Care Physician has devised a Care Plan that is not only counter-productive, but is likely to be lethal. Patient can also prove PCP is incompetent, negligent, prejudice, vengeful, deceptive to her superiors and working 180 degrees counter to CDC Opioid Medication Guidelines. This patient needs a smart writer/typist who can work side-by-side at my home in Emeryville, CA to turn lots of raw info into a polished, susinct, quick-to-digest presentation in record time in order to save my life.
