I need a written assignment to be done by 10th August. I need a finance professional to provide some insight into the following questions. Part 1: List all the likely ways that SiriusXM could go bankrupt in the next 5 years - SiriusXM is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker “SIRI” - Feel free to use any publicly available information on SiriusXM including, but not limited to, reports and filings on its website Part 2: Pick the two most likely bankruptcy events from what you listed in Part 1, and calculate the probability of each happening in the next 5 years Part 3: Consider a contract that pays $100 if SiriusXM does not go bankrupt in the next 5 years, and $0 if SiriusXM goes bankrupt anytime in the next 5 years. What should the price of this contract be? Part 4: Consider a portfolio of similarly structured contracts referencing the bankruptcy of other stocks listed on Nasdaq. As manager of that portfolio, how would you determine if adding the SiriusXM contract to the portfolio would improve overall risk-adjusted returns?
