We are looking for someone with extensive experience in voice customer service or has been worked for call center or current working at similar kind of area and looking for part time opportunity.
On this role you will working with internal support individuals, receiving customers calls, coordinating, passing and updating notes as needed.
We will reimburse the expenses for voice equipment ( phone sets, router ) what ever you need to get started. You need to have clear communication skill in English "Written and spoken English"
Before bidding on this project please clear up a few things to qualify yourself. This is very important.
1. Go to [login to view URL] and Select any server from New Zealand. Check download test upload should be close to 1 mb and Latency ( Ping ) bellow then 150 ms
2. Got to [login to view URL] and Select any server from New Zealand. Check Jitter and Lost packets. Should be bellow 40 ms and less than 1%
3. Ping [login to view URL] and confirm time= bellow then 150 ms

You will get paid as hourly basis and most likely this role will be long term for the right person.
