363409 Wordpress site

I'm willing to pay $250-400 for this work. It must be completed in 3 weeks or less. My client needs a redesign of their magazine network website. I would like this done in a blog style but with a unique design - nothing too fancy - white background and the logo really. The content will be getting updated on a daily basis so it has to look very user-friendly and easy on the eye. IT should be either done in wordpress or joomla or drupal. If you use wordpress or drupal you will have to use a shopping cart with it. The only advantage to joomla is you can use virtuemart with it. Again whether you use wordpress or joomla is up to you. I would like a video on the home page and also an RSS feed, a tag cloud, email capture form, etc It's important to note that the company for this site is a network of magazines so the main home page will include information about the network group as a whole and general information about spain - press releases and relevant news. It will have 4 separate blog sites. They will all look the exact same in structure, but have different colors and pictures. The 4 separate blog sites will each have their own easily updated site (that the owners can update) which comes off the main site. I would prefer , f this is possible, that it stays on main domain so for example '[login to view URL] etc...' On each of the 4 separate blog sites will there will also be daily update content, a video, etc.... The company is also a business opportunity so I would like there to be a page on The company about this including forms for more information, but also to have this featured on a separate sales page all together with it's own domain. On the main site home page there will be the following headings: About Us Contact Us - web form Advertise With Us - Web form -_ Magazine - Website - Newsletter Campaign - Download Media Pack/Prices Learn Spanish Business Finder (or this can go on home page if room) This is a directory so will need to be driven by a database - 'I'm looking for a ??????, in ?????? idea Services - Website Design (happy to outsource this to you when applicable) - Copywriting - Internet Marketing - SEO - Design & Print Shop (so need shopping cart facility) Start Your Own Magazine - a video on this page - link to MagazineMachine Areas we Cover (map - already designed) Forum Maybe a Business Opportunity page Maybe but doubtful a classified page. On the 4 separate blog sites the separate owners need access to them via a username and password facility, t There will be the following info: About Us Contact Us Home (this leads back to [login to view URL]) (number of banner adverts, no video needed here, sticky content, google adwords) Advertise Business Opportunity Online edition (this will be done via issuu so need to know that is compatible with WP blogs?) Local Info Business Finder Again these will all look the same, they will just have different colors and or pictures. The main site and the edition sites also have to include lots of banner spaces for adverts to be placed. Under the main The Sentinella heading / logo can you add 'Spain's largest network of expat community magazines, now expanding worldwide...' Where the photo gallery is on youandi can you put a sticky video there instead - so that never moves from the site. I like YouandI's placement of 'whats on' 'about us' and maybe put 'contact us' there too Element they DON'T LIKE about that site are: is the banner advert on the logo at the top, and I'm not sure about the left hand column - maybe for me this would be space better used for perhaps banner ads, etc.. Also I'd like a tag cloud rather than a list at the bottom of the paage The photo gallery is a bit big and I'd rather a standard sized sticky video there Maybe there could be a bigger banner ad nearer the top of the page but not on the logo The homepage will have a white background. then incorporating the logo colours - mainly yellow and blue really – They want useage of yellow, black and blue as they are the main colours of The logo - white background
