Make 50 sites with our script

We need someone to make 50 sites for us with a site generator (page builder) we have. Very easy to manage. 3 hours paid training will be allowed. We provide as input the keyword lists and name of the sites. Some time is needed setting up templates: we want a uniqueness % in the templates (15-20 mins). Very basic templates to work with. We can provide the templates and the programmer can suggest it too. From one site to another, changes to be made for them to be unique from the SE standpoint. A reciprocal linking script will be installed in each site ( [login to view URL] ) A SEO friendly sitemap will be installed in each site. To be decided. (You can suggest your favorite) So the job will consist of: 1.-Set up the templates. 15-20 mins. 2.- Install the sitemap on the site. 5 mins 3.- Generate the site. 5 mins. 3.- Create the account with Cpanel . 1 mins 4.- Upload the site. (? mins) 5.- Install pointed reciprocal linking script. 10 mins. We did many sites like that and we estimate that once you dominate the tasks, the full time to have a site created, uploaded and added the scripts etc will be 30-40 mins. This job should be pretty easy for someone that knows what they are doing. We think that a student or junior programmer-webmaster-web designer can be enough for this task. However, good knowledge of templates managing is needed, since big deal of the job is to add and modify new templates. please bid in the 1$ - 2 $ per hour. If possible bid in the 1$ per hour range. We think that its very doable in 70$ or less. To be added here the 3 paid hours for training. So please bid on 75$ or less. Initially we want 4 hours day on 10 days period (or 2 weeks), More job will come if we are satisfied.
