Minor Shopify Custom Modification

*** This should be extremely easy for somebody who knows what he or she is doing *** I have a site built on Shopify and it previously used the following custom modifications: [login to view URL] It worked beautifully until I changed themes. The above modification now has a bug and doesn't work 100% right on my new theme. I have contacted a few Shopify developers, and the feedback I received is this: "My guess is that you're now using a sectioned theme and that custom modification doesn't work with sectioned themes." To demonstrate that you've read my message, in your reply please mention the word miracles and request to see a link where the problem occurs. Please give examples of Shopify coding projects you have worked on. What I need is somebody to code my Shopify theme so that when a particular product is out of stock, the drop-down menus dynamically remove any unavailable options. This is what the original custom modification accomplished. I am fine if you are able to use the above custom modifications and make some changes, or if you want to code it from scratch - as long as you can accomplish my goal.
