White Board Application Development using Flash

I want to develop a flash based white board that would give me basic collaboration functionalities. 1. Free hand sketch with multiple colors 2. Canvas should be resizable 3 . Drawing Tools Eraser Shapes ( Line,oval,circle,rectangle) Control to change the size of line undo control Add text box Can add external images Clear All 4. Can span to multiple pages 5. Record Audio 6. Replay Drawing/Audio 7. Save into image format in case no audio 8. Save into video format ( to be uploaded to YouTube) 9. Collaborate with others. 10. Can take Audio Input 11. Share PPT and scribble on PPT. 12. Pre built math editor System Requirement ************************* Should be based on Red5 or other cheaper options Can be integrated with web site AVI should be generated on You tube format and can be loaded to You tube using API. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform ActionScript, Adobe Flash
