The script is already written and uses the Elbow method (which is aimed at finding the best number of clusters in a dataset) The work consists on developing a loop to run the clustering algorithms 100 times with random initialisations to keep track of the best cluster for analysis

I could do this job. So, I guess you are facing a problem with memory consumption since there were left some temporal data in Keras/Tensorflow frameworks from previous steps. I had similar situation when process typically grew up to 70+ GB of virtual memory. After applying this fix it did use no more than 3 GB without hurting of training process anyhow.
