Hi, Since i am a computer vision and AI specialist with an excellent team and based on my experience and work: solution for home: there are three situations, locked home while away, normal situation and locked home when in at night. all three situations can be handled with motion detection, face recognition, expression and object detection, person recognition and controlling windows and doors. Solution for commercial: un attended object detection, face recognition, activity monitoring, person counting and unusual movement detection. I can provide other suggestions but low on space. ok so this is a good one I have been thinking of designing a CCTV based product from a long time. My concept product has backup power Motion detection WIFI broadcasting Android control night vision backup memory recording system all implemented and It would cost around 30$ 50$ we can even train this system further for AI to detect objects A system called YOLO can be implemented but the cost for this would not be around 3000 5000 it is a huge task to implement such a system.
