I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed. Requirements : 1. Needs to read the Meter data from a collection of single phase and three phase meters which communicates with DLMS COSEM protocol. 2. It should be a web application and the application should be able to store all the data which is coming from the meters. 3. Application can be customised based on the user requirement at what time the polling need to be done on the meters.
