I can offer you the following: 1 - Help on creating the AWS account. 2- Help and documentation on how to create your first windows instance 3- configure permissions to login remotely and secure to the windows server, by using the aws firewall and private keys. 4- Do the same for a linux system. Important is to secure everything and document it. I estimate two days, one for the aws account creation and another day will be used to setup the systems, test login into them and documentation can be done next day and send to you.
