I have an external .exe calling a function __cdecl int this_function(int,int) in an external dll. I want some c code writing for windows in codeblocks that diverts the call to my own int this_function(int,int) function in a program written in c in codeblocks. It has to be transparant.

Hello Stem1cell2unique! It sounds like an interesting challenge and very good fit. I have great experience with reverse engineering and really like CodeBlocks IDE, so it will be done in a very professional way. My understanding has been that you want to patch an external dll with your own function (is it a sizable chunk of code?). Depending on your files, it might be easier to hook that dll and redirect it to your own dll.
