I need a developer to create a windows exe program that will automatically create shortened URLs from a list free 10 URL shorteners services that requires no login. The output of the shortened URLs in the program will be displayed in spinned format as below: {url1|url2|url3|url4|url5|url6|url7|url8|url9|url10} Requirements: 1. When placing your bid, please indicate the coding program you will use such as C#, Delphi, etc 2.
