create tool in excel

Hi. I need someone who has references for good and solid work with Excel and VBA. No references, no job. Introduction: This project is a small one and can be considered a test run. I'll constantly need new tools running off excel and require someone reliable to do these jobs, quick and light on the programming. Light on the programming means, that the tools should be easy to maintain and unbreakable as much as applicable. Since these tools will be used by many individuals and some of them barely know how to use excel. Fixing the spreadsheet should not require a PHD. So please consider this when using formulas and paths in excel. The Project: I would require you to program a spreadsheet calculating simple equations based on time passed and units used during that time. See screenshot for reference. In addition to the actual spread sheet a "user manual" will be required explaining/showing the formulas used and the logic behind the calculations and programming. Your Skills: You need to be absolutely experienced in Visual Basic for Excel. Your quick in grasping ideas and can come up with a simple solution in excel to turn an idea into an applicable tool. I require a portfolio of reference files to see that you are up for not just this one job, but for the many ahead.
