I'm trying to create a directed graph from cryptocurrency trading pairs to create a loop from one crypto back to itself and find the path with the highest weighted (highest priced) final path back to the starting crypto. Someone with experience with directed graph querying and algorithms should be able to handle this. I have a source for all the paths and weights. Bonus if you can write this in either Python or Node.

I would like to ask if you would be open to an AI based solution. I'm doing some work for my Master's thesis basedon Swarm Intelligence, and I think the problem you pose would be a perfect fit for some search techniques specialized in discrete optimization tasks. Furthermore I think the implementation time can probably be made even shorter if a MATLAB solution satisfies your requirements.
