HIPAA compliant healthcare software

Software that is HIPAA compliant that is #1 A little back story about my company. I started this company a few years back and we are a 3rd party company that provides dental office support to dental offices so we answer calls, verify insurance, submit claims, follow up on claims, enter checks, credential and so much more. We remote into their computers using a remote software and access their computers. We are looking for someone that can create a software for our company that is a one stop shop for everything we do for our clients. I would like this software to create reports of the work completed and is easily accessible from our offices as well as our client's office. What do you want your employees to see? When an employee logs (their own login) into this software they should be able to pull information automatically from the insurance company and it is automatically updated in our software, if it can go to our software and their practice management software as well that would be even better. What do you want your clients to see? When a client logs into this software they should be able to see reports or graphs of what is completed already by us. What information are you wanting pulled from the practice management software? (if this task is possible) INSURANCE VERIFICATION I am wanting information pulled directly from their practice management software such as a report of whatever day patient with their insurance information, account information or more depending on what service we are providing to the company. Example: We are working with 123 Smiles and we are verifying insurance for them on a daily basis. We log into our software and our software communicates with their practice management software and pulls all the patients on the schedule for 08/16/2019. The information that is pulled includes the patient's name, date of birth, patient’s SSN, subscriber name, subscriber DOB, Subscriber SSN or ID, type of insurance, insurance mailing address, insurance payer ID, etc whatever else is needed to verify the insurance. Then in our software it automatically updates us with patient eligibility information. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT I am wanting information pulled directly from their practice management software report of any patients that have claims outstanding more than 30 days. This creates a list of all these patients and it pulls the same information from the insurance verifications but in this case we are automatically communicating with the insurance companies or the API (I think I am saying it right) and checking the status of an insurance claim. We work with several different dental practice management software. SoftDent EagleSoft Dentrix Open Dental Dentrix Ascend (web based) Easy Dental To name a few… We remote directly into the practice computer using: Team Viewer Remote Desktop Connection Google Chrome Remote But if you know a simpler way please don’t hesitate to let me know With this software I am hoping that it provides us with an automated real time verification of a patient's eligibility and claim status with a click of a button. I researched a few companies and I stumbled across a company called Onederful that basically integrates with any software and already has the dental insurance API in place so a developer only has to connect the two basically, I honestly don’t know if this would be helpful to what I am asking for but I wanted to throw that out there. There are companies like Vericred API APEX API DentalXchange that do something similar to what I am requesting but not exactly. I am throwing this out just for reference.
