The program should be able to control the 2 SMU of the Keithley SourceMeter 2602 and carry out simple characterizations, recordings and graphing. - Voltage sweeps - Current sweeps - Time sweeps (with Voltage or Current bias) The desired VI front panel (without working) can be provided. This is so the contractor to know the specifications and functions required of the program. LabVIEW examples and manual of Keithley 2602 can also be provided.

Hi, I have already developed a custom software able to acquire data from generic instruments, I'm using it to retrieve data from 10 instruments together, from 1 to 0.001 seconds of acquisition time (acq time is flexible), I can add your instruments according to your spec. and add a further windows to control the instruments as output, please contact me, I can send you some screenshot of the application. every channel is managed with enabled state, conditioning parameters (y=mx+q), channel description etc... check my portfolio best regards simone
