Make some additions to a MFC MIDI Editor software (c++)

I need (1) to add drag-and drop of notes, and copy and past of notes in different views in my software, and (2) the ability to merge two midi files: if I first open one midi file, then I need to be able to open one more in the same view, keeping the original note vales. To those who are interested I will send more details and screen videos showing what I mean.
