Need a simple software for reading serial port with arduino and send data to Mysql. My arduino will be serial printing various data with [login to view URL] command with data starting with or you can specify format to serial print EG: (( Tablename:Fieldname:Value)) Importance is for "value" which is my sensor value - Arduino will be connected to this system via USB (No ethernet shield or anything) -Mysql will be using ODBC -provision to select com port -should work 24X7 you will be giving the software for trial run for a week if there is no bug, you will get payment

I can make a java-based application that will communicate with Arduino through serial and will send your data. It will be suitable for Windows or Mac. something like Ubuntu also can be used, but not so easy. The Python program is also possible

Dear sir/mam, I have experience in Serial port based GUI applications on c#.net for Windows. I have made a serial monitor software to monitor and communicate with any serial port based device. It has provision to select com port, baud rate etc. selecting data type as string, decimal or hexadecimal.
