Sales Management Application!

FIRST OF ALL: PLEASE do not bid more tha the budget (130.00). If you plan to place a BID higher than this do not do it, I'll not hire you and the average bid will increase a lot. This will distort the real BIDs. I want a sales management app for Windows 8/8.1. The goal is reduce the paper (A4) and toner consumption. I already have one sales software but it print the sale and copy in two A4 papers. The sales app I want is simple: We have 5 tabs: 1) Sales 2) Clients 3) Suppliers 4) Products 5) Reports About each one: Sales: 1) Select the client from the clients DB; 2) Select products from the products DB, define quantity, AND THE DAY TO DELIVERY; 3) For each sale the stock quantity must be checked: no negative stock is allowed; 4) Sum the total quantity and the total to pay; 5) Print the sale in twin-track using one A4 sheet (half top and half botton) - In each twin-track header I only want the client name, its phone, and the day to deliver; - The next is the products list with description, sub-total, total, and the sum of total quantity and the total to pay; - NOTE: According tests 15 to 16 lines of products can produce a twin-track sheet; - At the footer (left-bot) add a place for the client signature. Clients: 1) Clients registry (Name, Contact, Phone, e-mail, Address) 2) This registers will be used on the Sale. Suppliers: 1) Supplier registry (Name, Contact, Phone, e-mail, Address) 2) This is a simple contact list and its data will not be used in any other screen; Products: 1) Products registry (Name, Purchase price, Sale price and stock) 2) The Name and Sale price will be used on the Sale, the stock will be changed by the sale; 3) The stock will be managed MANUALLY, so a simple text field with add/remove is enough. Note: no negative stock is allowed; Reports - can use A4 sheets freely: 1) The quantity of each item sold in each day in the week, I dont need to know the client, just the total. To clarify, this report will be used by the stock guy to separate the cargo. 2) The same of above but with the profit PER WEEK. 3) Stock quantity report General info: - Use UTF-8 coding; - In Brazil we use "," comma instead "." dot on values; - Use two decimals; - You must use the smaller border/margin that can be printed; - IMPORTANT: the software will be used in English/Portuguese, so prepare a XML file with the words/phrases in these two languages. I'll translate to Portuguese and save the file; - I want the code clearly commented; - Use C# Express; - Use Microsoft SQL Server Compact (local Database); - Write "Awesome" on the top of your BID to let me know you read all; - I'll only release the milestone when 100% happy; - Professionals only - here is not a place for adventurers.
