1. Formula (if necessary using vba) to show difference between 2 text strings in Excel table. 2. pls check attached file where formula should be put, and all instruction over there in a text box (column xcheck) - pls follow strictly all instructions mentioned there. Dude, I am not here to bid for this project. I am writing this to tell you that your requirement is impossible to do and hope that this will make you change the way you approach this problem. What you need is not word differences between text but rather "information" differences that can be inference from that. It is wayyyy different between there two. If you want "information" differences at least your data should be structure so that the code could understand WHAT IS INFORMATION AND HOW TO IDENTIFY THEM?. I see that your data have no header notify (like # for example), no ending notify (like . for example), just a series of continue texts after text. How a computer suppose to know what is information here not even mentioned "compare" them! My advice for you: you should approach the problem by re-structuring your data rather than "find difference between text" because that will lead you to nothing. Thank you.
