I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . A program that receives inputs from 2 different kind of user. The first user uploads several photos and add specific info about them. The second used then opens the program and the program asks him to add information for each photo is uploaded he adds everything and select what should be done to fix whats in the photo. The program then organizes everything in A4 size papers and extract as PDF. Each process is called a report. So he creates new report and do everything above. The program must have its specific file format to open reports
