Write some software

So as i understand it you want to control electrical relays with a GUI python application and a Arduino. My solution to this would simply to write a Python application on a normal PC which communicates with the Arduino via Serial and sends commands to control the relays. A typical event flow would be that you press a button in the program, the program sends the command to the arduino, the arduino triggers the relay and the operation is done. If you want this entire thing to work independently i can also make it so that a raspberry pi runs the Python script and controls the relays directly. This way you would not need an Arduino and PC. But only the raspberry pi and relay control board.

Sir First of all you will require a raspberry pi for python .I can provide a web interface to control your relays . I can do it within 10 -15 days . Kindly provide me with a detailed description of what do you actually require. I mean what basic function do you want to fulfil. I am experienced with relays as i have done a smart street light project witch used relays . At my house I have engineered a smart lamp which is also controlled using relays . Hence i assure you I am the perfect person for the job .For eg: I would advice you to use a relay with an optocoupler in it so that the micocontroller does not fry .
