We need a CONSULTATION with an expert in calendar formats and software.

We are a holiday property booking agency. We are marketing various objects of different clients on platforms like airbnb, tripadvisor a.s.o. and also on smaller niche websites with ical link connect. For our calendar we are using [login to view URL] Channelmanager. Smoobu enables us to access most of the platforms by its implemented access framework (by its API) For those not implemented Platforms smoobu provides a limited amount (3) of iCal based 2way sync gateways. The gateway provide one ical link which need to be implemented in the particular platform. The platform itself provides an ical link back to the smoobu gateway. (As we understood every change in the calendar from any side provides a unique id.) To provide the occupation info to the property owner the simple way would be to provide the link of one of smoobus above described ical links... The bottle neck: A client (property owner) has the right to use other agencies, promote platforms by him self, or block a particular time of the object. However most of the clients use calendars like Google or other featured colorful apps which have one thing in common (at least regarding to our research): They are not able to provide the 2way sync gateway by giving back an ical link to our channelmanager. This means all changes (bookings, blockings) made by the client need to be transmitted “manually” by message, email, telephone call and inserted by hand to our calendar The problem we identified is that we cannot find any calendar software for our clients which provide that feature in Ical. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED by researching for available solutions of Calendar Sync management software/apps which fully provide this features. Additional wish would be the ability of automated refresh of those app/software
