488769 Drupal Expert Required or other CMS expert

I need an expert that can take my existing websites (4 different domains), plus many more that I will develope and allow me to manage them from one CMS. I want to give access to the owners of the websites so they can make changes to their individual sites (text, photos and videos). For example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want the girls to be able to login and edit (text, photos and videos) but only for their own sites. NOT BE ABLE TO TOUCH THE OTHER SITES. The text areas, photo and video galleries need to be created for each of the sites and future sites. I will also need a way to eaisly add extra sites (domains). Drupal is already installed on my server but may require an update. Please bid only if you are expert on drupal or similar easy to use CMS. Also let me know what are the modules you will install in drupal site. Also, It must be easy to use for the users to login and edit their content and the admin dashboard must also be easy to use. It's a urgent project.
