I need services of a Telecommunication or RF Engineer with following expertise: 1- Experienced design engineer in field related to smart antennas. 2- Master's level or PhD level education. 3- Research experience, with some publications as well in well reputed places from where I will check before hiring. 4- Details of work/doc will be provided to selected bidders. I need him to work on technical documentation correcting it, simulating a few things, correcting them may be designing few etc. lot of interesting stuff, for a period of at least one month. The document is 70 pages it needs improvement as per the objections raised in attached document. This doc will be given to selected bidder. Deliverables are two docs: 1- Improved and updated and extended version of doc . 2- List of changes done with page numbers Please no un-reasonable and fake bidders they are not welcome here! No time wasters only those genuinely mean business. Thanks
