Algorithm Developers Required

(please only apply if you have the right skills else please kindly don not waste my time thank you. PROBLEM STATEMENT: i have a project requiring me to produce an algorithm that can detect a troll in twitter, and the way it should be tested is on two separate API's. One which is normal tweets and another is troll tweets and both API's should be sentimentally analysed to help produce the algorithm easier. My response: We need to know what type of algorithms can be used. This can be done using Machine Learning but it will require data sets for training and testing. If this is part of a machine learning can you specify any techniques that need to be used here please? Client's Reply to my question: there is no specific way i am being asked to do it by so it’s up to you to chose from, but preferably something that’s not overly complicated So the client needs development of the above problem, then he need us to write an in-depth thorough explanations of the project
