Looking for Subject Matter Experts for Cognitive Abilities

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert having an in-depth knowledge of Cognitive Abilities to prepare assessments. We have 2 opening: Panel Member and Assessment Creator. The Panel Member will evaluate the assessments as well as interview the candidates and other SME whereas the Assessment Creator will have to prepare assessments( questions) which will be used to evaluate the candidates. Requirements: -Deep subject knowledge in the field of Cognitive Abilities -5 to 7 years of work experience in this field -Having experience with graduate level e-learning or teaching will be an add on -Effective communication skills and good command over written English Brownie points (optional) -if you have a postgraduate degree or a PhD or an internationally recognized certification in the area of Cognitive Abilities. Responsibilities: -Understand requirements of the assessment and generate items accordingly -Create excellent quality and engaging content items in your field of expertise as per provided framework -Review submissions by other SMEs -The content should be logically and factually accurate and consistent -Maintain confidentiality about details of the requirements and the content generated.
