We are on the lookout for a young-thinking: INTERNATIONAL SALES & HR MANAGER Who are we? We are a foundation in The Netherlands, with a leading role as a roundtable provider and knowledge institute. In 2016, we are developing our international markets into Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy. Our organisation in total employs 64 people, full time and as freelancers. Who are we looking for? We are on the lookout for: - a positive, energetically thinking sales person - with a proven trackrecord in the field of telephonic acquisition and sales (relationship / account management) - fluently speaking English - willing and able to work full time (40 hours per week) in the Dutch time zone (Amsterdam time CET +1) - A convincing attitude, not willing to let go easily - With an experience or connection with HR What will be the role of the International Sales & HR Manager As our institute is expanding over Europe, we are looking for international sales representatives and country managers who are willing to lead (sales management) our countries. Therefore, the role will consist out of: - The calling of potential candidates for these sales management positions - Checking if these are the right candidates, answering possible questions - Guiding these candidates through the application process, and forwarding the most suitable candidates to the Senior HR Manager For applications, please send your resume to the Freelancer website.
