Design a 3d printed prototype for hearing aid. I have a 3d scan of an ear (photos attached) and I'm looking for a designer who can make a 3d model of an earphone so they will fit to this ear. IMPORTANT : * Only apply if you have experience with 3d printing. -I need files that are manifold and watertight. If you don't know what is that, please do not apply. You will end up creating a model that I can not use and we are both going to waste a lot of time. Please provide a portfolio or links for industrial design prototypes, ideally 3d printed ones.

You can check a sample of my design portfolio in my profile. I can design the hearing aid for 3D printing, if you provide a dxf or STEP or STL of the 3D scan for the ear. I will provide the hearing aid shell, but not the electronics, in STL file, ready for use in a 3D printer and also provide the related industrial drawings.
