Hi, my name is Mauricio, i am kind of new in this page but i have a lot of experience working in 3d. I work with Unreal Engine for some years, first with UDK and now wuth UE4 using the engine for Architectural visualization. I have an UDK certificate from Epic Games and soon i will have my UE4 certificate also from Epic Games I work with Blender 3d, so i can create the models from modeling, sculpting, unwrapping, UVmapping, lightmapping, collision blocking, and preapre the models to be used in UE4. In the case of big objects or the rooms itself i split into modular assets to save resourses in the final level. I can give you the assets in any format you need, but FBX is the standard format to be used in game engines. I work with Allegorithmic subtance for texturing with PBR materials, i have the Substance Database 2.1 with more than 1000 PBR materials ready to be use in the engine. I can create the levels you need in time, texture, design lighting and postprocess effects to have more realistic graphics. I also can create interactivity with blueprints and i also can create cintamatographic or animations using Matinee inside UE4. The main adventage of create the level in UE4 is that once the level is created the level is rendered in real time, so if you need can create videos very quickly or can be used as a game with interactions or walk trough the level in real time.
