We have 2D floor plans and site plan for a proposed house. We want to see what the outside of the house would look like in 3D from all aspects (north, south, east, west). Not sure whether this is called 3D modelling or 3D concept floor plans. Would prefer black and white 'concept plans' and to see the whole thing in colour too (if possible). Happy to discuss and provide examples of what we're looking for. Copyright in all 2D floor plans is owned by us and want copyright ownership of the 3D drawings too (successful bidder would have to agree to this).

I have plenty of 3D modeling experience and would be using Blender for the modeling and rendering. I'll also be happy to make any revisions to the model after the first submission. I just mostly want to get a project under my belt.
