Need a 16-second 3D animation of a tarantula spider, simple, from one angle, but with its legs moving

I need someone who is experienced animating 3D models, to animate a 3D model of a tarantula. Just one camera angle, no movement. I just need the legs to move. Please start with an existing, realistic, posable 3D model of a tarantula, one that has hair on it if possible. For example, this model: [login to view URL] is a good one for my purpose, because it looks very realistic and it has hair, although it doesn’t have to be this particular model. We should choose a model that works with your 3D software. Once we have agreed together on a particular tarantula 3D model, I would like to purchase the 3D model myself, so I can have the 3D model for future use, and then I can let you use that 3D model. Please see the attached image. I just need the tarantula to be in that one position, looking upward on the screen, motionless, except that I need his legs to move so he looks alive. I need the resulting video to be 16 seconds long. I need your video to “portrait” orientation, 1080 pixels wide and 1920 pixels tall, with the spider almost filling the screen. When you deliver the video, I need you to deliver it in a video with a transparent background, so I can add other elements to the scene.
