Provide a 3D model of an existing single home on a sloping site. Software used is Graphisoft Archicad, version 17. Final model only needs to be black and white, no rendering required. The purpose of the drawing is for initial Sketch Design for clients. Attached are plans and photos of the existing house. We do not have a level and detail survey at this stage. The critical measurements are under the deck, above the driveway - there are measurements for this.
